Everyone knows I love to talk. That's why The Shut Up! For MND Challenge is going to be, well... challenging! For 12 hours on Thursday 29th September 2022, I will not speak and instead, will find other ways to communicate. It will be hard, but it's nothing compared to what people living with MND face every day. I am doing The Challenge in honour of my Uncle Andy, who lost his battle with MND on 5 November 2021, and everyone else who has been touched by the disease. MND Victoria does some amazing work in supporting people impacted by MND so please, give what you can. Until there's a cure, there's care.
